The Legendary Grenade Sidewinder is manufactured by Torgue and comes from the Borderlands 3 Director's Cut DLC.

Sidewinder - Unique Ability

The thrown homing Sidewinder penetrates enemies and seeks out new enemy afterwards.
Each time it penetrates an enemy it leaves a sticky bomb on the enemy.
The Sidewinder and all sticky grenades 3 seconds after the initial throw.

The Sidewinder can damage to your pets and teammates.
