The Legendary Grenade EMP is manufactured by Hyperion and comes from the Borderlands 3 Base Game.

EMP - Unique Ability

When the EMP explodes, it creates a large Shock Nova that deals insignificant damage to Health and Armor.
Though each shielded enemy within the explosion radius creates an extra Shock Nova that deals bonus Bullet Damage to other Shielded enemies nearby.
The extra Shock Nova's Damage decreases with distance to the explosion's center and doesn't go through walls.
