If a Phaselocked enemy dies, Phaselock has a chance to seek out new target.
Instead of phaselocking a target, the enemy now becomes an ally for Phaselock's duration.
Additionally, increases Phaselock Duration.

If a Phaselocked enemy dies, they release homing Life Orbs that seek out you or an ally.
Each Life Orb restores 15% Missing-Health.
While an enemy is Phaselocked you gain increased Fire Rate and Gun Damage.
While an enemy is Phaselocked the team receives Health Regeneration.
Phaselocking an enemy creates an Explosion, dealing Fire Skill Damage*.
While an enemy is Phaselocked, your bullets have a chance to ricochet off enemies towards other nearby enemies.
Phaselock now Slags, Electrocutes, and Corrodes enemies around it.
