The Rare Shotgun Moonscaper is manufactured by Torgue and comes from the Borderlands TPS Tales Season PassPromotion.

Moonscaper - Unique Ability

For 2 Ammo the Moonscaper fires sticky Mines that explode after 4s or when an enemy is in range and deal 150% Explosive Splash Damage.
Direct hits deal Card Damage + 85% Card Value as Grenade Damage.

To collect and equip the Rare Moonscaper, you need to own the TPS Tales Season PassPromotion.

As a promotion for the original Tales from the Borderlands, Gearbox started distributing 5 items to the owners on March 24, 2015.
However, due to Telltale Games' closure in October 2018, the original game is no longer available, making these items inaccessible.

After linking your Shift Account, Gearbox sent these 5 items to your SHiFT Vending Machine in Concordia.
When you redeemed the items from the machine, they automatically adjusted to your current level.
