However, due to Telltale Games' closure in October 2018, the original game is no longer available, making these items inaccessible.

The 5 promotional items include:

• Boss Nova - Assault Rifle
• Company Man - Shotgun
• Moonscaper - Shotgun
• Fast Talker - SMG
• Naught - Shield

After linking your Shift Account, Gearbox sent these 5 items to your SHiFT Vending Machine in Concordia.
When you redeemed the items from the machine, they automatically adjusted to your current level.
