Boss Nova - About

The Rare Assault Rifle Boss Nova is manufactured by Scav and comes from the Borderlands TPS Tales Season PassPromotion.

Boss Nova - Unique Ability

The Boss Nova's bullets penetrate enemies without dealing damage and create a Nova Explosion shortly after.
On surface impact, bullets create a Nova Explosion that deals pure Splash Damage.

To collect and equip the Rare Boss Nova, you need to own the TPS Tales Season PassPromotion.

As a promotion for the original Tales from the Borderlands, Gearbox started distributing 5 items to the owners on March 24, 2015.
However, due to Telltale Games' closure in October 2018, the original game is no longer available, making these items inaccessible.

After linking your Shift Account, Gearbox sent these 5 items to your SHiFT Vending Machine in Concordia.
When you redeemed the items from the machine, they automatically adjusted to your current level.
