The Legendary Shotgun Conference Call is manufactured by Hyperion and comes from the Borderlands 3 Base Game.

Conference Call - Unique Ability

The Conference Call fires pellets that generate 2 extra pellets upon impact or after 0.15s, 0.3s, and 0.5s.
These extra pellets shoot out left and right at a 90° angle, ricochet off surfaces once, and can hit the initial target.
