Shoots a tight pellet spread that looks like a shockwave - with limited range.

Applies Echo Debuff to damaged enemies for 8 sec.
Killing an enemy with the Blind Bandit that has the Echo Debuff spawns 2 orbs that try to hit 2 nearby enemies.
Orbs deal [weapon element] Splash Damage.

One Shooting enemies, using other weapons or killing enemies with damage over time won't spawn the orbs.
