The Oil and Spice can toggle between the Oil and Spice firing mode:
Oil
The Oil and Spice fires bullets that deal Fire Splash Damage and have a chance to fire 6 extra homing flares.
Each flare deals 16.7% Fire Splash Damage with an increased Splash Radius.
Spice
The Oil and Spice lobs an orb that drops an Oil Puddle on impact.
Hitting the oil puddle with any fire projectile triggers a large fire explosion that deals 3×Fire Splash Damage to all nearby enemies.
