The Legendary Launcher Hive is manufactured by Torgue and comes from the Borderlands 3 Base Game.

Hive - Unique Ability

Shoots Drones that on impact slowly rise into the air.
While rising up, it shoots homing elemental rockets in all directions, that deal [weapon element] Splash Damage.
After 6 to 10 seconds the drone explodes and deals [weapon element] Splash Damage.
