The Rare Launcher Creamer is manufactured by Torgue and comes from the Borderlands 2 Slaughter Dome Pack.

Creamer - Unique Ability

Shoots Rocket in a straight trajectory that explodes at a set distance dealing Splash Damage.
After Mid-Air Explosion Rocket splits into 2 new diverging Rockets that explode on impact and deal 80% Splash Damage.
