The Epic Pistol Birthright is manufactured by Stoker and comes from the Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Base Game.

Birthright - Unique Ability

The Birthright fires 3 bullets for 2 Ammo, that deal Frost Gun Damage.
Hitting an enemy has a chance to call down a frost meteor on the target that explodes on impact, dealing 200% Frost Splash Damage to anyone.

Additionally, the Birthright has a Zip-Rockets firing mode, that fires mini rockets that explode on impact, dealing Frost Splash Damage.
