Kill all enemies other than the Witch Doctors and the Badass Savages.
If a Witch Doctor heals an Ultimate Badass Savage then he can't evolve to OOO.
In that case, reset them to Badass Savages by traveling to another location and back.

The Witch Doctors levels up the Badass Savages through these evolutions:

  1. Badass Savage
  2. Super Badass Savage: 100%
  3. Ultimate Badass Savage: 100%
  4. Omnd-Omnd-Ohk: 1%
