The Legendary Spell Reviver is manufactured by Conjura and comes from the Tiny Tina's Wonderlands Base Game.

Reviver - Unique Ability

Casting the Reviver Spell, shoots out a lighting projectile that calls down a Lighting Bolt upon impact, dealing Lighting Splash Damage. Hitting an ally or companion with the lighting projectile heals or revives the target.

The lighting projectile is followed by additional 4 homing sparks that home in on an enemy and deal Lighting Splash Damage.
